The project involved the comprehensive renovation of the casino main bar at the Marriott Hotel in Aruba, with the objective of modernizing its image and reinforcing its visual identity in relation to the coastal environment. The intervention focused on optimizing the space’s aesthetics, functionality, and lighting, integrating contemporary elements that bring dynamism and coherence with the overall character of the hotel.
The new design features a blue structural frame that evokes the undulating movement of the sea, establishing a visual connection with the surrounding natural landscape. A wallpaper with marine-inspired textures and tones was selected to reinforce this concept, creating a fresh and immersive atmosphere. The addition of LED lighting enhances the surfaces and allows for different ambiances.
The bottle shelves were replaced with a modular system featuring cleaner lines and contemporary materials, improving both display capacity and visual appeal. Metallic profiles were also integrated into the bar structure, contributing to a modern and elegant character while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. The result is a renewed space that combines functionality, identity, and aesthetic coherence consistent with the Marriott Hotel’s quality standards.
