Remodeling of facades for the office building located in Vondellaan, Aruba.
This architectural intervention was conceived with the goal of infusing a sense of modernity into a structure previously considered to be of an outdated style. To achieve this transformation, various design strategies were implemented, focusing on the incorporation of contemporary and functional elements that provide a distinctive character and a renewed image to the building.
The integration of wide windows, rectangular elements, and decorative details in aluminum has allowed the achievement of the established design objectives. The final result reflects a harmonious fusion between functionality and aesthetics, offering an attractive and comfortable workspace for its occupants.
The choice of grey in various shades was made with a specific purpose. This neutral and versatile tone not only gives a contemporary and elegant look to the facades but also ensures aesthetic durability.
Durability was a key factor in the selection of materials and finishes. The incorporation of Graniplast and other materials ensures resistance to weather conditions and daily wear and tear.
This stylistic approach not only attracts current businesses but also establishes a visual foundation to inspire and motivate future companies to consider this building as their headquarters.
