Located in Aruba, MTT House Design is a two-story residence where both the exterior architecture and interior design were developed by Art+Project.
The project embraces a contemporary architectural language, carefully balancing clean lines with a warm, tropical character that responds naturally to its surroundings.
A refined palette of white surfaces and rich brown finishes defines the interiors, while thoughtfully selected materials enhance the sense of warmth, comfort, and timelessness. The result is a cohesive living environment where modern design and local context are seamlessly integrated.
At the heart of the home, the double-height dining space is distinguished by a sculptural suspended light fixture that descends from the ceiling, becoming the focal point of the interior. Its vertical presence reinforces the scale of the space while creating a strong visual connection between both levels of the residence.
