Remodeling of facades for the office building located in Vondellaan, Aruba.
This architectural intervention was conceived with the goal of infusing a sense of modernity into a structure previously considered to be of an outdated style. To achieve this transformation, a series of strategic design choices were made, integrating contemporary and functional elements that not only enhance the building’s aesthetics but also give it a distinctive character and a refreshed identity.
The integration of wide windows, rectangular elements, and decorative details in aluminum has successfully brought the design vision to life. The final result reflects a harmonious fusion between functionality and aesthetics, offering an attractive and comfortable workspace for its occupants.
The choice of grey in various shades was made with a specific purpose. This neutral and versatile tone not only gives a contemporary and elegant look to the facades but also ensures aesthetic durability.
Material selection was guided by durability and resilience. The incorporation of Graniplast and other high-quality materials guarantees resistance to weather conditions and daily wear and tear, maintaining the building’s integrity over time. This stylistic approach not only attracts current businesses but also establishes a visual foundation to inspire and motivate future companies to consider this building as their headquarters.
