Davalillo House Upgrade is a residential renovation project focused on updating and modernizing the home’s exterior appearance. The scope of work included the redesign of the facades, introducing a contemporary aesthetic defined by clean lines, accent materials, and a refreshed color palette.
As part of the renovation, the existing exterior colors were replaced with neutral shades of white and gray, creating a more elegant, timeless, and sophisticated look. To add texture and visual interest, a natural stone accent wall was incorporated as a focal element within the architectural composition.

Additionally, the exterior lighting was enhanced through the strategic installation of wall-mounted lamps, highlighting key architectural features while improving functionality, safety, and nighttime curb appeal.
The result is a home with a renewed identity, combining materials, lighting, and color to create a modern, welcoming, and visually striking architectural presence.
