Office Building – Facade Reform

Facades reform for this offices located in Vondellaan, Aruba.
The project was born from the need to renew the image of an existing building, respecting its original structure while giving it a contemporary presence. The intervention focuses on the facade renovation, incorporating a more vibrant and modern color palette, along with new textures such as aluminum profiles and natural stone, which add visual richness and depth.
One of the main design goals was the pursuit of improved volumetry, where the composition was carefully developed to create dynamism, movement, and a more harmonious overall reading. Thanks to this redesign, the building now conveys modernity and character, becoming a more attractive landmark within its urban context.
The final result is a proposal that combines functionality and aesthetics, while embracing nature by incorporating palm trees and greenery that bring a sense of freshness to the space. In this way, the building is not only perceived as renewed, but also relevant and aligned with the current demands of its surroundings. It is a transformation that invites people to rediscover the space and experience it from a more contemporary perspective.
