This project completely redefined the identity of the residence through a comprehensive architectural renovation and the transformation of its outdoor spaces.
Guided by a contemporary design language of clean lines and refined geometric volumes, the intervention created a timeless, elegant, and cohesive architectural expression.
The scope of work included the redesign of the facades using a sophisticated palette of gray tones, bringing visual balance, understated elegance, and a renewed character to the property.
The project also encompassed the design of the swimming pool, outdoor social areas, walkways, patio, and a new entrance gate. Every element was carefully conceived as part of a unified architectural vision, where proportion, materiality, and functionality come together to create a harmonious and elevated living experience.
The result is a fully transformed residence that reflects a contemporary lifestyle, seamlessly combining architectural refinement, functionality, and attention to detail. Every intervention was designed to enhance both the aesthetic quality and the everyday experience of the home.
