Caya Maguey, Aruba.
The townhouse is defined by a contemporary architectural language, expressed through a composition of intersecting volumes and a restrained material palette.
The exterior combines shades of brown, sand, white, and black, creating a balanced contrast between warmth and precision.
The articulated façade generates depth and visual interest, while the interior adopts a predominantly white palette to establish a bright and cohesive spatial character.
The kitchen, designed by the Art+Project team, continues this language through a refined composition of white cabinetry with subtle grey detailing. A black stone surface with distinctive white veining defines both the countertop and backsplash, introducing a strong material contrast and anchoring the space within the overall minimalist scheme.
